Have you ever needed your password reset or your account unlocked? It’s one of the most common requests we receive in support. Autostar has developed a new online tool that allows you to perform both of these tasks yourself. Whether you have one user or 100, this tool gives you full control 24/7 over your logins.
We recommend that you identify and assign one person in your organization as the master user for maintaining your logins. This user will need to contact support at 1-800-682-2215 ext 7115 and have their login ID and email address ready. Once you’re set up, you will receive a website address to log into. The master user will be able to see all users that they will be managing in a list. When the master user resets someone’s password, it will be sent to the master user’s email address. They can then forward this to the person requesting the change and the user will be prompted to change the password at first login.
